In the reality youths always displays that they know everything while learning statistics shows the opposite. These elementary life lessons may not be part of curriculum in high schools and frequently the kids may not get the skills at home either. There is necessity for teenager to learn about money valuation. Many teens when in school or when in sports may not be in a position to work or have the capability to find a job, but this does not translate that they should ignore learning about money valuation. Adolescents have to learn about cooking, cleaning and doing laundry work. It will not matter the place the teens will live in, do work there, or go for studies, these life lessons will still be relevant to them. Except making orders for pizza there are juveniles who know nothing else apart from that. They perceive that doing cleaning is throwing away used clothes in the laundry basket for their mum and the pizza packaging material in the dustbin and to make the matter worse some know not the procedure of turning on a washing machine leave alone the amounts of detergents to use. A good understanding of these skills will assist the teen in becoming a better grownup and also teaches them on responsibility and the need to share house chores.
Some basic sewing techniques should be learnt by the teens, for instance they should have a knowledge of sewing like putting a button a fresh or even repair a torn seam. The above statement does not at all suggest that the juvenile should have the knowledge om making a complete attire. The statement suggests that in case a dress or a shirt is torn both the girl and boy can fix such an issue.
Without the use of slang language there is need for the youngsters to learn how to communicate politely. The use of the words please, thank you, how are you, pleasure to meet you and am sorry are the minimum words that a teenager can comfortably use with no problem.
